Our Service Scopes:

Collection & Bookkeeping

  • Reserve the security deposit in escrow account
  • Itemized Security Deposits and refunds by the deadline
  • Monthly Rental Collections
  • Assess and collect late fee as needed
  • Bookkeeping the rental history
  • Expedite Evictions as needed (Fees will apply)

Maintenance

  • Respond to tenants’ requests within 24 business hours
  • Identify the repair requests with expertises
  • Dispatch proper crews or designated vendors (ex. Home Warranty Services) for the repairs
  • Coordinate all parties and Follow up the repairs
  • Administrate the invoices payables per maintenance
  • Monthly repair bills disbursement

  • Monthly fund disbursement with owner statement by 20 th of each month

  • Friendly reminders for tenants to avoid late payment
  • Periodical reminders/tips for the proper maintenance
  • Notices for complying the lease agreement
