Property Management Services will be adapted upon the Client’s choice after the lease acquired by United Max Real Estate Group Agents.

Collection & Bookkeeping
- Reserve the security deposit in escrow account
- Itemized Security Deposits and refunds by the deadline
- Monthly Rental Collections
- Assess and collect late fee as needed
- Bookkeeping the rental history
- Expedite Evictions as needed (Fees will apply)
Maintenance
- Respond to tenants’ requests within 24 business hours
- Identify the repair requests with expertises
- Dispatch proper crews or designated vendors (ex. Home Warranty Services) for the repairs
- Coordinate all parties and Follow up the repairs
- Administrate the invoices payables per maintenance
- Monthly repair bills disbursement

Owner Relations
- Monthly fund disbursement with owner statement by 20 th of each month
- Assistance for the HOA’s issues Lease Extension Services

- Friendly reminders for tenants to avoid late payment
- Periodical reminders/tips for the proper maintenance
- Notices for complying the lease agreement
